The valuation, quantification, and value appreciation reports are private opinions issued by an official appraiser that are used for tax and commercial purposes, as well as in litigation or controversy processes. Through the cost, market, and income approach and diverse valuation methods, said reports on intangible, immovable, and movable assets are developed.
- Businesses: Stocks, shares, business interests.
- Intangibles: Trademarks, patents, software.
- Machinery: Industrial equipment, production lines, transportation vehicles.
- Movable assets: Office equipment, jewelry, works of art, antiques, perishables.
