The conditions contained herein apply to information collected on behalf of and by the Controller or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies, by any means, including through or any website operated by the Controller. 

Personal Data 

The personal data that the Controller may collect directly or indirectly include the following: Personal identification data, such as information related to the identification of the person (full name, address, landline and/or mobile phones, company for which they work, fingerprints, date of birth, nationality, place of birth, occupation, marital status, photograph, and/or that of their direct relatives when required by law). We commit to treating all obtained data under the strictest security measures to guarantee confidentiality. 

Purposes 

The main purpose for collecting your data is to provide Commercial Public Attestor and valuation services, complying with standards through internal processes to ensure quality and safety at our premises. 

The secondary purposes for collecting your data include: billing, collection, informing you about new services, or changes to them, promotional messages; evaluating service quality; complying with obligations arising from service provision; complying with current applicable legislation; responding to information requests from any authority, whether for investigations, statistics, or regulatory reports; addressing your comments related to service provision; sending notices and information about our services; and contributing to the continuous improvement process. 

Transfers and Personal Data Processors 

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred to third parties and shared with processors for processing inside and outside the country, by persons other than the Controller, who will provide instructions for their processing. In this sense, your information may be transferred or shared with (i) Various professionals, technicians, and assistants, as well as other private entities for the provision of subcontracted services related to customer service; (ii) Administrators of our facilities; (iii) Business partners of the Controller, so that they can manage and operate services complementary to those of the Controller; (iv) Companies or third parties that operate jointly with the Controller in any product, service, or any software or computer infrastructure serving as a platform for operations or services; (v) Third-party service providers or product vendors necessary for the operation of the Controller, as well as brokers who carry out operations or provide services to the Controller in accordance with current legislation and its bylaws, such as brokers, data processors, marketing material shipping companies, courier companies, security, value transport, advertising agencies, information storage, for the purpose of assisting in the achievement of the purposes set forth in this privacy notice; (vi) Professionals, external advisors, or consultants, for the administration of sales operations, services, and other acts that the Controller may perform in accordance with current legislation and its bylaws, as well as for the defense of their interests in any legal dispute arising from such operations and services, such as collection agencies, external auditors, legal, accounting, etc.; and (vii) All those government and/or judicial entities that, by law, request and/or require personal data from the Controller’s clients and/or relatives, necessary for compliance with various legislations. 

If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.
